1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Digivoox FZE, the operator of Inkami Tattoo ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the Service

Inkami Tattoo allows users to upload photos and apply artistic overlays to create unique compositions. You retain all rights to the images you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

3. Intellectual Property

All overlays, templates, and design elements provided by Inkami Tattoo are the property of Inkami Tattoo or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these elements solely within the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Inkami Tattoo to create or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Inkami Pro subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inkami Tattoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
